Die Frist f\u00fcr die Anmeldung ist der 1. Januar 2018. Der Zweck des Online-Gate ist eine direkte Verbindung zwischen Unternehmensorganisationen\u00a0und den Beh\u00f6rden des ungarischen Staates.<\/p>\n<p>Da ein gro\u00dfer Teil der Verwaltungsangelegenheiten vollelektronisch f\u00fcr Gesch\u00e4ftsorganisationen sein, das Online-Gate unterst\u00fctzt eine Online-Gesch\u00e4ftsverwaltungsoberfl\u00e4che. Mit Hilfe des Online-Gate wird papierbasierte Administration abgeschafft und Unternehmen k\u00f6nnen Kontakt mit \u00f6ffentlichen Dienstleistern online, durch das Online-Gate in der Zukunft aufnehmen.<\/p>\n<p>Das prim\u00e4re Ziel des Online-Gate ist, eine sichere Lieferadresse aufzuzeichnen, wo der Kontakt mit den Beh\u00f6rden gew\u00e4hrleistet ist. Der Staat geht davon aus, dass das Dokument, das an das Unternehmen durch das Online-Gate geschickt wurde, dem Unternehmen offiziell zugestellt wurde und die Leistungsfristen starten.<\/p>\n<p>Das Online-Gate ist auch ein elektronischer Speicherplatz f\u00fcr Unternehmen, wo Unternehmen auf ihre offizielle Korrespondenz in einer Hand zugreifen k\u00f6nnen. Der Administrator kann das System nutzen, um zu bestimmen, wer Dokumente an die Firma senden und empfangen kann.<\/p>\n<p>Die Registrierung f\u00fcr das Online-Gate ist kostenlos, aber obligatorisch. Ein E-Mail-Adresse ist erforderlich und es lohnt sich, den Posteingang t\u00e4glich zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen. Es wird empfohlen, eine E-Mail-Adresse nur f\u00fcr diesen Zweck anzulegen (zum Beispiel: <u><a href=\"mailto:online-gate@companyname.com\">online-gate@firmenname.com<\/a><\/u>). Das Online-Gate ist auch f\u00fcr mobile Ger\u00e4te optimiert, so dass Sie von mobilen Ger\u00e4ten aus auf Ihre Firmenkorrespondenz zugreifen k\u00f6nnen und so Ihre Nutzungsfreiheit erh\u00f6hen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Registrierung kann der gesetzliche Vertreter der Organisation oder der Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer der Firma vornehmen. Nach der Registrierung kann das Online-Gate von jeder Person verwaltet werden, die am Unternehmen arbeitet und vom Unternehmen entsprechende Berechtigung erhalten hat.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Zur vollautomatischen Online- Registrierung am Online-Gate sind zwei Voraussetzungen erforderlich:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>a) Die Firma ist in Ungarn im Firmenbuch registriert<\/li>\n<li>b) Der\u00a0Gesch\u00e4ftsvertreter selbst muss in seinem eigenen Namen die Registrierung mit dem Kundenportal oder mit der Telefonnummer mit Teilcode durchf\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2.
