Los tribunales, en su calidad de tribunales registrales, son responsables de mantener el registro. Los documentos y datos societarios se almacenan electr\u00f3nicamente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Administraci\u00f3n societaria digital en Hungr\u00eda<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La administraci\u00f3n societaria h\u00fangara est\u00e1 cada vez m\u00e1s digitalizada. La inscripci\u00f3n de sociedades y las modificaciones de los datos registrales se tramitan normalmente por v\u00eda electr\u00f3nica con la intervenci\u00f3n de un representante legal, mientras que los documentos societarios y las comunicaciones judiciales se procesan en formato electr\u00f3nico. El Portal de Informaci\u00f3n Empresarial tambi\u00e9n permite preparar documentos constitutivos normalizados en formato electr\u00f3nico, que pueden firmarse digitalmente y presentarse como parte del expediente electr\u00f3nico de inscripci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el sitio web del Servicio de Informaci\u00f3n Empresarial y Registro Electr\u00f3nico de Sociedades del Ministerio de Justicia (Servicio de Informaci\u00f3n Empresarial, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.e-cegjegyzek.hu\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/www.e-cegjegyzek.hu\/<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) puede consultarse gratuitamente informaci\u00f3n sobre las empresas inscritas en cualquier tribunal registral de Hungr\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el momento de la consulta pueden encontrarse en el Registro Mercantil los siguientes datos, tanto vigentes como hist\u00f3ricos:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">n\u00famero de inscripci\u00f3n registral,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">denominaci\u00f3n social,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">domicilio social (sz\u00e9khely),<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">establecimientos,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sucursales (fi\u00f3ktelepek),<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">actividades,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">capital social,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">n\u00famero fiscal,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">si se ha iniciado un procedimiento concursal, de liquidaci\u00f3n o de disoluci\u00f3n voluntaria,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">y si un administrador o directivo, actual o anterior, de una sociedad mercantil est\u00e1 inhabilitado para desempe\u00f1ar dicho cargo conforme al art\u00edculo 3:22 de la Ley V de 2013 del C\u00f3digo Civil.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La siguiente informaci\u00f3n se actualiza el primer d\u00eda de cada semana:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/firmaxhungary.com\/es\/servicios\/constitucion-de-sociedad-en-hungria\/\">Toda la informaci\u00f3n societaria contenida en el Registro Mercantil<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (certificaci\u00f3n registral almacenada, t\u00e1rolt c\u00e9gkivonat), as\u00ed como los datos de las solicitudes de inscripci\u00f3n o modificaci\u00f3n que a\u00fan no se hayan incorporado al registro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los datos de la empresa incluyen:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La estructura de propiedad (socios o accionistas) y los representantes legales de sociedades, asociaciones mercantiles sin personalidad jur\u00eddica (jogi szem\u00e9lyis\u00e9g n\u00e9lk\u00fcli gazdas\u00e1gi t\u00e1rsas\u00e1g) y otras organizaciones; las facultades de representaci\u00f3n; y, en el caso de personas f\u00edsicas, la pertenencia a un consejo de supervisi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los datos actualizados tambi\u00e9n pueden consultarse mediante el buscador los lunes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s de la informaci\u00f3n societaria, el Registro Mercantil permite obtener datos con otros criterios de b\u00fasqueda, incluidos datos que ya no est\u00e1n vigentes, y consultar documentos societarios. La informaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 disponible en los tribunales registrales y a trav\u00e9s del Servicio de Informaci\u00f3n Empresarial. Pueden solicitarse, previo pago, copias aut\u00e9nticas o no certificadas de los documentos y de la informaci\u00f3n societaria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>\u00bfEs gratuita la consulta del Registro Mercantil h\u00fangaro?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la medida descrita anteriormente, el contenido del Registro Mercantil h\u00fangaro puede consultarse gratuitamente en <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.e-cegjegyzek.hu\/?ceginformacio\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/www.e-cegjegyzek.hu\/?ceginformacio<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. El acceso a documentaci\u00f3n adicional est\u00e1 sujeto al pago de una tasa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>C\u00f3mo buscar en el Registro Mercantil h\u00fangaro<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La informaci\u00f3n sobre una empresa puede localizarse utilizando cualquiera de los siguientes criterios:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">denominaci\u00f3n social;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">n\u00famero de inscripci\u00f3n registral;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">n\u00famero fiscal.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>C\u00e9gkapu (Portal de Empresa) obligatorio para las empresas<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por regla general, las empresas h\u00fangaras deben mantener una cuenta de <\/span><b>C\u00e9gkapu (Portal de Empresa)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para las comunicaciones electr\u00f3nicas oficiales con las autoridades p\u00fablicas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>C\u00e9gkapu<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> es el buz\u00f3n electr\u00f3nico oficial de la empresa. Se utiliza para <\/span><b>enviar y recibir documentos oficiales, declaraciones fiscales, notificaciones y dem\u00e1s correspondencia administrativa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Las autoridades, incluida la Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria h\u00fangara (NAV), tambi\u00e9n pueden notificar documentos oficiales a la empresa por este canal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El acceso a C\u00e9gkapu est\u00e1 gestionado por un administrador autorizado, que puede conceder derechos de acceso a otras personas encargadas de la administraci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica de la empresa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es importante distinguir C\u00e9gkapu de <\/span><b>D\u00c1P y \u00dcgyf\u00e9lkapu+<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: D\u00c1P y \u00dcgyf\u00e9lkapu+ se utilizan principalmente para identificar electr\u00f3nicamente a personas f\u00edsicas, mientras que C\u00e9gkapu es el canal oficial de comunicaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica de la empresa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por tanto, las empresas deben asegurarse de que su cuenta C\u00e9gkapu est\u00e9 correctamente registrada, se supervise con regularidad y est\u00e9 integrada en los procesos de <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/firmaxhungary.com\/es\/servicios\/contabilidad-y-teneduria-de-libros\/\">contabilidad en Hungr\u00eda<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ya que las comunicaciones tributarias oficiales est\u00e1n sujetas a plazos legales estrictos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Identificaci\u00f3n digital: D\u00c1P y \u00dcgyf\u00e9lkapu+<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El acceso a los servicios p\u00fablicos electr\u00f3nicos h\u00fangaros tambi\u00e9n ha cambiado de forma considerable. Desde el <\/span><b>16 de enero de 2025<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, el antiguo inicio de sesi\u00f3n de \u00dcgyf\u00e9lkapu basado \u00fanicamente en nombre de usuario y contrase\u00f1a ya no puede utilizarse en sitios web y aplicaciones oficiales. Las personas f\u00edsicas pueden autenticarse mediante <\/span><b>\u00dcgyf\u00e9lkapu+<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> o el <\/span><b>Programa de Ciudadan\u00eda Digital (D\u00c1P)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00c1P ofrece identificaci\u00f3n digital segura, inicio de sesi\u00f3n mediante c\u00f3digo QR y acceso a determinados servicios p\u00fablicos y mensajes oficiales. No obstante, en la administraci\u00f3n societaria es importante distinguir entre la identificaci\u00f3n de una persona f\u00edsica y la representaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica de una empresa. D\u00c1P no sustituye a C\u00e9gkapu ni a los requisitos espec\u00edficos de comunicaci\u00f3n y firma electr\u00f3nicas aplicables a las empresas y a sus representantes legales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00bfHasta qu\u00e9 punto son fiables los datos del registro?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para las empresas inscritas en Hungr\u00eda, la informaci\u00f3n mencionada en el art\u00edculo 2 de la Directiva 2009\/101\/CE est\u00e1 disponible gratuitamente en l\u00ednea.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La informaci\u00f3n sobre sociedades cotizadas en Hungr\u00eda es facilitada por el tribunal registral o por el Servicio de Informaci\u00f3n Empresarial, o se publica en el Bolet\u00edn Mercantil. El Bolet\u00edn Mercantil, disponible gratuitamente en <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.e-cegkozlony.gov.hu\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/www.e-cegkozlony.gov.hu<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, es el diario oficial del Ministerio de Justicia. En el sitio web del Servicio de Informaci\u00f3n Empresarial y Registro Electr\u00f3nico de Sociedades del Ministerio de Justicia (Servicio de Informaci\u00f3n Empresarial, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.e-cegjegyzek.hu\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/www.e-cegjegyzek.hu\/<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) puede consultarse gratuitamente informaci\u00f3n sobre las empresas inscritas en cualquier tribunal registral de Hungr\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Historia del Registro Mercantil en Hungr\u00eda<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los tribunales registran electr\u00f3nicamente la informaci\u00f3n del Registro Mercantil desde julio de 1993, cuando entr\u00f3 plenamente en funcionamiento el Sistema Nacional de Informaci\u00f3n Empresarial y Registro de Sociedades (Orsz\u00e1gos C\u00e9ginform\u00e1ci\u00f3s \u00e9s C\u00e9gnyilv\u00e1ntart\u00e1si Rendszer).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Pr\u00f3xima reforma digital del Registro Mercantil<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hungr\u00eda prepara una nueva transformaci\u00f3n digital de gran alcance de su sistema registral. Est\u00e1 previsto que la nueva Ley del Registro de Personas Jur\u00eddicas entre en vigor el <\/span><b>1 de enero de 2027<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. La reforma pretende crear un registro electr\u00f3nico m\u00e1s unificado, ampliar el uso de decisiones automatizadas, mejorar el intercambio de datos entre registros estatales y reducir a\u00fan m\u00e1s las cargas administrativas.
