A k\u00f6vetel\u00e9s term\u00e9szete hat\u00e1rozza meg, hogy melyik jogi vagy adminisztrat\u00edv strat\u00e9gi\u00e1t kell alkalmazni a maxim\u00e1lis hat\u00e9konys\u00e1g \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben.
