The following documents are needed for the preparation of the corporate documents:

A. Trade Registry Extract of the Member(s) or copy of passport photo page, if any Member is a private individual.
B. Copy of passport photo page for each managing director and procurist.

Particular signature formalities apply to the above documents, depending on the country in which the document is signed or issued.
