III НЕОБХОДИМЫЕ ДОКУМЕНТЫ

Для подготовки корпоративной документации необходимы следующие документы:

A. Выписка из Торгового реестра Участника(ов) или копия страницы с фотографией в паспорте, если какой-либо участник является частным лицом.
B. Копия страницы с фотографией в паспорте для каждого управляющего директора и уполномоченного лица.

К вышеуказанным документам применяются особые формальности в отношении подписи, в зависимости от страны, в которой документ подписан или выдан.
